Michel Vaillant, SBStJ is neither a Formula 1 driver nor a comic book hero!
Native of Canada, Notre-Dame du Nord (Quebec), Michel Vaillant, SBStJ has dual nationality: Canadian and French and began his professional career for Ambulance Saint-Jean as coordinator of the “Eeyou Istchee James Bay” Region.
The know-how of many years working both with non-profit organizations and multinationals in the health care sector, gives him a unique vision and understanding of the work environment in a multicultural setting.
The various working areas and the people he worked with, gives him expertise in the supervision, training and coaching of teams of various origins and nationalities.
A graduate of the UNIVERSITÉ DE MONTRÉAL HAUTES ETUDES COMMERCIALES (HEC) in business management, Michel Vaillant, SBStJ is currently training at McGill University, enrolled in the miniMBA program. He has over 20 years of experience working in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for the biggest names in the field of manufacturing advanced medical equipment. (MEDTRONIC, Stryker, Laerdal and also of the American Heart Association)

The logo of S.A.S. Vaillant International Consulting (VIC) is a sign of excellence in our service offering. The three letters merging into one single stroke set the tone for our mission and our service offering, which is intended to be continuous support for the sales and management teams.
A continuous service, offering the possibility of online pre-work for sales training; in-person or remote training with « Zoom ». The end of the training does not mean the end of our service offer. Our offer includes: follow-up reminders, coaching and mentoring in order to reinforce the achievements.
Excellence in training also means optimizing sales training in order to enable sales representatives and their managers to achieve their sales objectives more quickly and efficiently.
